I have seen for years now, people thinking 'Video Games' is the reason for crimes. I am wanting to know what do you guys think? Do you think 'Video Games' is the main course of Crimes and Violence?

Is it the main course? No. Do they sometimes give people ideas on how to cause harm? Of course. Even movies, books, music, and art would do that. It's really more of mental issues in people. That is what people need to look into, not these forms of entertainment.

I personally think NO

Thats why there is a Rating on the games, now i take it that some parents buy M+ games for their kids(i used to get my games that way) but you didn't see me driving on the sidewalk screaming "GTA 4 LIFE" when i was little. I think its that the parents don't watch them carefully. Like if the kids try to attempt something they saw in a game, then that would be a BIG RED FLAG to the parents to pull aside their children and explain not to do those things.

Have you heard of the 2 girls that tried to "summon" Slender man? They actually Stabbed another girl. Like really?? How did this get passed their parents?

I also agree with BPM, i think they just try to blame it on Video Games

No people just get ideas from them and use it as an excuse most of the time.
