Inq wrote Yeah i dont see how like cyber bullying is a thing.

But if its from people you know or from people at your school its different

I don't consider cyber bullying a thing when it comes to websites like this. I consider cyber bullying when its with people in your everyday life (ex. school).

How to avoid cyber bullying....close your computer.

I agree with this only because anyone who kills themselves is weak. Everyone blabs about it being the bullies fault for the victim taking their life, which it somewhat is. However, they could go and stop the problem personally because generally they know the person bullying them, or they could as Asymmetrical said, get off the phone or computer. Killing yourself solves nothing. Ever. Never has. Never will.

Lastly, I am sorry that your friend is gone and me saying what I said isn't to put him down or lessen what happened to him. BUT, there needs to be a middle ground where bullies stop doing what they are doing and victims stand up for themselves and fight back. It is NOT a one sided battle, and if you don't fight back you are always going to lose.

I never expierenced cyber bulling myself, but there had been times where people tell me to kill myself and say other things, but it doesnt affect me. Maybe for some people they actually do take those things seriously, but for me when someone tells me those things, especially over Xbox, I just laugh about it because its just their words there is nothing they can do to you. But if it gets to the point where someone is doing it to you everyday, just turn off your computer of phone and never go back to it honestly.

In my point of view, the kids that really get affected by Cyber Bullying are the ones who really have no social life outside of the Web, and their life is the Web and if that is the case then those attacks could be hard on them. So the real issue is learning to get off the computer a little bit more and go outside more.

Just turn off your computer or block them, cyber bulling is so over exaggerated.

Online bullying will never stop, nothing can make people say what you want them to do.

The reason behind online bullying is because they are bullied in real life. And, since you can't tell what the person looks like that is on the other side of the computer screen they don't care.

Freedom of sitting behind a computer screen. Disgusting.
