It's sad how some people boot others just to win a game of league play and go for master rank 1. At the end of the day a rank on a video game means absolutely nothing.

A VPN technically can't prevent you from being booted offline.

Now days stresser are really powerful and can take down a public VPN so either way if their stresser is powerful enough the VPN will go causing you to go.
