What is a good, free video editing program for Windows 7?
I don't want to do anything too fancy with this program, just maybe if I want to edit something out, add some simple text to the video, or add some custom made transitions in random parts of the video. Maybe even as good as like.. pausing the video at that point, extending the pause, & add effects to it? (Make it look like a comic book type of thing)
