Just took 2 speedtests and says they're 98% and 96% slower than rest of US

How can I improve my internet?

Basically because you have DSL. It is just a step up from dial up.

A updated router can only improve so much. I have a high end router for gaming and my internet is still crap. It all depends on your service provider. In my case I use Telus and I've called multiple times asking to be put on a new port but there all in use apparently.

OP: I'd call your ISP and ask them to put you on a port with faster connection to your area.
