This new method was found by [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Steps
1. Call pegasus and request mule
2. Bring mule to your garage and park it 3 tiles away from the garage door
3. Get out and pop all 4 tires (MUST DO) Thats what bypasses after hotfix!
4. Go in garage and grab a bike out that sells for 700k if did the change resale value glitch!
5. Drive out and you should push up against the mule and get teleported off and now theres a duplicate version in the streets!!
6. Get duplicate and finish rest of money glitch (rebel method)
7. Park front 2 wheels and lsc and delivery rebel and repeat!!

I confirm this works. I did it 4 or 5 times. You just have to park it right.
