I don't think a VPN will do anything to keep you from getting booted offline. And I also doubt some is booting you, if there is and it's upsetting you why would you want to turn around and do it to other people?

Search how to get a free VPN for console on google, there will be a tut. They must really hate you, I am pretty sure it's illegal to perposly disturb someone by doing this. Don't be like them and get a booter.
