Moral of the story a Scuf or other "Protroller" Arent actually making you better your gaining unfair advantages from modifying hardware.

On topic though , not sure if they are UK based or not but processing may just need updating or it being all sorted etc as you may be in a long queue due to the time of year it is most UK people will be finishing school soon (if they are still in education) so may have the influx of parents and kids ordering them as presents for end of year sort of stuff.
