Have you used Nvidia Control Panel or the windows display manager to set up the second screen?

I have set it up using both, Nvidia Control Panel and windows display manager. Also when i goto run a game Not in fullscreen and not on that monitor it flashes then either goes off or stays on its weird.

I'd try swapping the monitor's over to see if a connection is the problem. Failing that, check your drivers are up to date.

Drivers are upto date, and can't swap Monitors over cause they use different inputs. Its working now its just fuzzy on the HDMI one, know a fix?

Bad cable maybe? Bad screen resolution or scaling possibly?
