Just go to the premium info page and click the paypay logo. And if you dont want a renewing subscription you can buy prepaid memberships.

At the bottom there will be the options on how you want to buy it. You can buy a 1 month subscription, a 3 month of gold, a 1 year of gold and a 1 month of gold that isn't a subscription (make sure you choose the non-subscription/non-renewal 1 month if you don't want it do be renewed.)
