A couple ps3 jailbreaking queztions
First of all i have a jtagged xenon xbox which i know inside and out.
Second ive never been into ps3 i am a noob when it comes to playstation.
Now i explain.I bought a working ps3 from someone for $20. It is a phat made nov 2007.
Ive looked up the numbers i read its a good console to jailbreak im going to do that as soon as i get a harddrive (i read ps3 can use certain laptop harddrives WOW teh xbox should do this) anyways i have read all about downgrading it and so on but i read that i need to transfer something with an ftp but filezilla wont work for me it never has.
My question how do i get around using a ftp please help.
Also if there are any common knowledge things an xbox modder wouldnt know im all ears

You can use a Laptop hard drive, I'm sure you
have to have a certain one though.
FTP server will only work if your PS3 is
jailbroken, you need the FTP package file
on your PS3, you must be connected to the internet
to use this, and you leave it running while
it's transfering,
Filezilla
Username: FTPD12345
password: (Leave Blank)
Port: 21
And then connect, this should then work.
