Anyone had this problem cause I format the usb and still cant see it.

Is it formatted to FAT32?

Yes on my pc i format it .then I put the files i need to the usb. Put it in my rgh boot to xex menu show usb0 its blank. Then I go back to my pc with usb. Usb is blank now.
