why do people post legit before they even get in to the lobby?

I believe 1. It is a friend or alt account saying it just so more people will join or 2. For some odd reason they think it will get them invited faster.

If someone asks you to post legit before you get into a lobby then more than likely its fake and it's best to save your time and just forget the topic.
