I can see where they are coming from if they host for free but if they bought the JTag why are they asking us to look after it for them?

"I have seen many homeless people over the last few days asking for money too. I understand they have almost nothing, but there are plenty off employers that will hire you even if you are poor." Did you pull that one out of your ass? Don't you think if a homeless person could get a job they would? "there are plenty of employers that would hire them", you're assuming that, it's hard enough to get a job for a person with food to eat, clothes to wear and a house to live in, let alone someone who sleeps on the ground who probably hasn't showered in days or weeks. If you don't want to help someone whose homeless then don't, but there's no need to go and say something insensitive like that.

You make it seem like people wake up one day and they say "You know what, I don't want to work anymore, so let me just sleep outside on the ground with old clothes and nothing to eat and drink." Yeah, that's living the life isn't it? God you people never cease to amaze me. Nobody would every intentionally live like that, nor are they too lazy to get a job and decide to be homeless. You should try volunteering down at a homeless shelter and asking some people how they ended up the way they did, I GUARANTEE you'll be shocked by the stories you'll here. Veterans who end up with no money from social security and nobody else to help them with bills, people with disabilities who aren't allowed to work and had 10s of thousands of dollars in medical bills to pay etc. Yeah, I'm sure there are people who did the wrong things and ended up homeless, like get addicted to drugs and what not, but even then -- they aren't choosing to be homeless, they made a mistake and now they have to live with it. You don't know why the person who sleeps behind the gas station or library is homeless, so don't assume they're a sack of lazy shit for not getting a job and deserve it. I'm not even going into that stupid Jtag crap, you snuck that homeless point in on the fly and it really pissed me off.

To be fair I just ignore it, if a friend ask for 1 or something I'll give it to them, but if it's constantly (daily for example) I will tell them to quit it..

Yea I see it every were it doesn't really bother me to be honest, I've never really been the type to ask anyone for money even from My parents really, and I have no problem with homeless people asking for money most employers won't hire you if you don't have a residence.

Sanyo wrote You're wrong most employers won't hire someone without some form of education.

School is free up to college or if its a private school, its their fault for not going or dropping out. If anything they are lucky, thats just my thought
Its not theyre fault all the time, some people drop out because they have to take care of their younger siblings because their parents are on the streets doing drugs or their parents could be dead.

Suddenly wrote School is free in UK
But not in Australia

Not Sure if its free in US
So alot of homeless will have had an education

the only thing not free in Australia is the materials you need for the school i.e books, pencils etc same with the uniforms the education is free just not the materials.

As far as I agree with you on this point, I have to disagree. I always find a bit of change at least, or offer a cigarette to homeless people I see. This is down to the fact that 1,100 homeless people from London alone are veterans. If someone is in need, I will dig deep. However, if it's for their own selfish desires, I will not.
