So im trying to live stream my xbox 360 by using my elgato and obs but im talking with friends on skype. The elgato has a delay I know that but skype doesnt.
So what im asking is how do I sync everything so when im talking to my friends we are both synced up along with the video game footage?
If anyone knows anything it would be much appreciated.

Just mute them on your ps3/xbox and just use skype. should be synced up. but if you want to talk to everyone in gamechat, then just turn up the gamechat and lower the game volume.
If that doesn't work, let me know, I can probobly help you. (I don't use OBS, im only familiar with xsplit but either way im pretty sure i can help you)
