kd is not it dont get early downs or anything and have nothing but high rounds thats how i got mine

Yeah it has nothing to do with KD. Not getting downed a lot and staying in the game till the ends will rank you up.
Bo2 ranking is individualized so ppl will rank up differently based on their average amount of downs.

I got mine at round 79 but I have a 369.765 kd you just have to go at least 500-1k kills without any downs
