You can use the Molex to PCIe power adapter that comes with the card. The CX430 will handle it.

What PSU could I upgrade too so I wouldn't have to use an adaptor? Just a personal preference of mine.

This is the model above the CX430, [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] but it really isn't needed. A 430w power supply can power the card, manufacturers just put one PCIe not two on lower wattage units to force people to spend more money.
