Looks pretty solid to me mate! You shouldn't run into any trouble with modern games whatsoever.

Look up superubergoldfish on YouTube. He has a playlist on the 770 with 140ish games he tested. You can play basically everything on medium-ultra high settings

That'll be a fine build for gaming. As for the RAM check google but i'm pretty sure you can clock it in the BIOS. that's how i clocked mine at 1600mhz just make sure that your mobo and cpu can actually take the speeds that the ram can. You may also find a guide to turn up the clock speed on your mobo manual. Mine told me how to so I'm sure yours will to !

metro last light is pretty demanding, you could run it though but with 40-50 fps, watch dogs is terrible also i heard that is very intensive on a computer. But unless you are running 3 monitors then don't get the 4gb model, it will slow you down because the bandwidth isn't high enough if you are using only one monitor.

To overclock the ram, go into the BIOS and look for XMP. Turn it on and it will overclock for you. You may want to check to see if everything is okay but it should be fine.
