Thanks for all the suggestions, but my laptops gpu is kinda crappy. I'm just going to build a new pc, my current one is slightly outdated and the motherboard is quite old. So I'm just going to build a budget gaming PC, I find it much more satisfying building the computer myself.

The game is Thief Gold, it does not require any good GPU or Cpu, and the game is free to obtain.
