Short answer: No.

Long answer: Your PC has an alright GPU but the CPU is really letting it down. I used to have a Pentium E5800 @ 3.2GHz, paired with a GTS 450 and 4GB RAM and it struggled to run DayZ Mod above 10FPS on low settings. It was all down to the CPU being bad. How do I know this? After upgrading to a FX6300, I could run BF3 on ultra with the GTS 450 (overclocked ofcourse)

If you want to run higher end games you're gonna need to upgrade your CPU, motherboard and RAM. Unless you're wanting to get an Intel Core Extreme Q6600 or something, which is LGA775. I wouldn't though. Your motherboard may not support it anyway.

In short: get a new CPU and motherboard, and get 4GB of more RAM.
