ok i have been banned from xbox live for joining a modded MW3 game and got level 80

Can They Do That ?

For intentionally joining a modded lobby you can get banned. if it was unintentional, why didn't you back out ?

Anyways, just Contact xbox support and see what they can do

i joined the game got a kill and it lagged me out then i was level 80, and i am contacting them now can they un ban ?

you will probably have to do the time even if you contact them. they wont unban it unless its a fault on there end

You'll just have to serve the suspension. They don't just unban people. You would have to have solid evidence and even then they might not unban you
