all codes will be expired with 31/10 because is to many scammers and microsoft not guilty to the loss of much money. Milion codes x 7 days = 7 000 000 days xbox live.

7 000 000 / 365 days = 19178 years FREE LIVE !!
If somebody think that microsoft will not block codes or do will give ban, is in big mistake

Actually, the representative I spoke to said that because it is a promotion, and not official Xbox Live offered by Microsoft to their customers, they do not control when it expires based on the fact that millions of codes are currently in distribution..It's based on when (if) the companies agreed that these codes would really expire.

I think it means you wont be able to use the skittles method after that date
but you can use the codes when ever

If you read the FAQ on the skittles page it says they do expire I put a pic of it up a while back but on the phone ATM so can't find it but silver has put it up on the 1st page I think.

I double checked this and they said that they expire in 2035 instead of there normal codes 9999

Yes, it does say October 31st, 2014. The main debate right now is whether they actually will expire on that date or if they'll actually not expire, just like the other promotional trials.
