I had this happen with one of my games and that is because it had a crack in it. Maybe you need a new disc drive?
Another tip is to install all the games you get onto your hard drive so this does not happen in the future.

try cleaning the discs unless it happens to all of them if that happens try cleaning the laser

if its not reading any games, then its most likely a laser problem. i would just buy a new disk drive

when the disc tray closes hit the top of your xbox a few times. (on top where the disc tray is located)
