i think the gold paint your looking for is a combination of 2 glitches that probably don't work any more...
it was that colored chrome glitch.
and the modded crew color {idk if these still work or not but google is your friend in thi sit.}

The paint was in the iFruit app along with new horns, tire smoke colors and window tints. I haven't gotten the chance to play and see if everything there is in but I know the horns are, so it's definitely reliable. You may need to be a certain level or there's something you need to do to unlock it.
