No such gamesave is or will be creatd. This stands about even with impossible. They already patched this type of modding. Nothing you do to your harddrive can any longer change your online scores. Everything is kept in IW database and unless they change it, it can't be done. I could be mistaking, but at the moment there is no possible way to do this.

yeah they havent found one yet. neither has game-tuts. or they havent released it yet.
