Just a couple things that might help if you haven't already fixed it....
Are you using Windows 8? In my experiences it doesn't work with Windows 8 because the drivers don't install properly. Use a computer with Windows 7 and install most recent drivers and see if that works

I Am on Windows 7

I believe i do have everything installed. is there any way you can set up over Team Viewer or something.

Try trimming down all the wires the see if it reads also the power supply needs to be in but not powered on

Have you successfully installed your drivers for your usb nand reader also did you post images of the speed upgrade soldered to your JR_Programmer? This could have also been a place to look for soldering mistakes.

soldering looks alright do you have the console plugged in? also try and click the reset button on the JR programmer or nand x if your using a nand x possibly did you turn on the console while plugged in ? could fry the nand x

This is my JR-Programmer with the Upgrade QSB installed, As for the updates and drivers. Honestly im pretty sure that i have the correct ones but im not %100 either.
I ordered 2 JR-Programmer, But when i plug in the USB it had the bootloader red light on so i removed the bootloader and now it doesn't do anything unless you switch back to bootloader.

PS: IDK if this matters at all but im using a regular USB that i found around the Apt.
