Assunuing this is your server unless the cars and stuff you have to buy are expensive i don't agree with big money starts. I feel if this is your server then to make it a much smaller start therefore people will work hard and LONG to get money, instead of it being dished on a plate.

Just my opinion. (ill try the server out)
