An iCloud Activation lock is physically impossible to bypass completely, the ones on youtube are part bypasses, meaning you can only display a screen and you are unable to view apps as they have not been activated because the setup.app is still active on your iDevice.

Your wrong .. Nothing is impossible & the bypass can be done . Althought it only works on one i Device (iphone4). It is completley bypassed and functions normally, you can open any apps and use it like a normal idevice.. If you guys want when i get home i can post the tut? Yes no??

I've bypassed it and turned my iphone 4 into a touch. It can do everything except send and receive calls and texts.
