Well you could just download a screencap program such as:

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

From taking a screencap of the image it will upload itselfs into a .png format and all you have to do is paste the image URL into the bb code like so
[img]http://icap.me/i/rTFawtQmrV.png[/img]


it will turn out like this:
