And if you're legitimately upset in the matter people like Don who were raised in a time where this was acceptable are getting up there in age give it 20 Years and they'll be gone.

Hesh wrote He's entitled to his opinion and I'm with him on this one, Sure what he said was edgy but if his Gold digger girlfriend didn't record him without his consent this wouldn't be a problem and a 2.5 Million dollar fine is nothing he wipes his tears with that.

For now! But once he loses his team 2.5 million won't be so petty :p
He said less then 5 minutes ago to Fox New's "He will not be forced to sell his team" And also forcing him to sell his team? That's absurd, If Lil' Wayne wants to say the 'N' Word every second sentence in his songs and a majority of the black community is okay with it they should definitely not be up in arms when Donald hints at it.

There is a huge difference between a rapper saying "*****" and the owner of an NBA team saying he doesn't want his girlfriend to bring black people to his game nor post pictures of her with black people.
It's kinda sorta, You can look at it up close but if you get back and look at it such as if they are fine with a black celebrity saying a racial slur they shouldn't be mad at an elderly white man for being racist.I'm against racism but this is stupid Lil' Wayne gets away with it Don should to.

I dont agree with it at all. It's HIS team, i think he has the right to aay whatever he wants. He spent his money and that is HIS.

You can compare it to people getting banned on Xbox for language, the person always says "Wow, I bought this console/game, I should be able to say whatever i want."

Now while I don't support him or what he said, i dont think Adam Silver had the right to do that. Yes, he should have been fined and had a punishment, but a 2.5 million dollar fine and a ban? I wouldn't be surprised to see Sterling go to court. Freedom of speech/Cruel and Unusual Punishment (excessive fine).

I just want to make it clear that I don't support him, but it is his team.

The fine is a lil high however the racist remarks yeah a ban was needed, there was no need for that.

To us 2.5 Million is a lot. To Donald Sterling not so much. He will be alright.

I'm glad he was given this type of disciplinary action, he definitely deserved it!

Sterling has had a long history of racism. Well-deserved ban and fine and I look forward to having a new owner who isn't racist and cruel.

2.5M is half of 1% the amount that the Clippers team costs. His net worth is 1B too. He'll be more than fine.

I'm glad they did the right thing and got him out. Sure it's harsh, but he has been like this since he has owned the Clippers. It most definitely isn't tolerated in a sport like basketball either. It's for anything, I don't want an owner to not give an equal opportunity to a majority of the people.

Do I agree with the fine?

Yes. Simply because the sponsors that he caused the NBA to lose and drove that money elsewhere.

Do I agree with the ban?

Absolutely not.
It was a stupid comment that a 81 year old with alzheimer's made behind closed doors in his own home.

What he said was messed up, but not worth the punishment he is getting.
