I watched Walking Dead, The 100 and Falling Skies and I'm looking for more tv shows that are similar.

I second that, Jericho is an amazing TV show. Sadly they cut the show off after two seasons, but I'd definitely recommend it if you enjoy post apocalyptic movies/series.
