The other day i thought i had lost my phone at college, so i went on to i think it was iCloud and deleted everything off my phone including the IOS system, i was wondering if i could get this fixed at a shop or somewhere?

If you have any ideas on how i can fix this i will be grateful!

Any answers are good

Take it to the apple store and have them do it for you. It might cost you some money but I bet you would rather have to pay some money than pay for a whole new phone right?

This is why I have an iPad and have the app "Find iPhone" on my iPhone so if I lose it, I play the sound or I can track it down. I would advise you get the app when you get everything back.

Settings>iCloud>Find My iPhone and turn it on, it will save you and your iPhone.

Just download iTunes, put it in DFU mode, and restore it. If you made a backup previously restore from that back up.
There's really no need to go to an apple store.
Since you presumably had Find My iPhone on you'll need your AppleID and password to bypass the activation lock.
