Any game you play that involves football, you never see people crossing 24/7 but on fifa 14
Everyone crosses and it's annoying so much then they end up slide tackles you
Gets annoying so much then you find out its 7 or 10 Year olds seriously
Isn't fifa 12 rated?
Not starting anything just sharing thought reply how many times people cross in their goals

Stop complaining because you're a bad player, There's no rule against how many times you can cross.

I could say stop moaning but enough people have done that already. Here's some advice...

It doesn't matter how good your team is, if you can't defend and track the wingers back, you will always struggle. Key is to take control of the LB or RB as soon as the opposing team break on a counter. Second man press the guy with the ball but manually track the runner. If you got a bit of pace in those positions, and can do this effectively then they will not get so many crosses into the box.

Just know how to defend

Know your opponent . If you read him well and know that his the type of player that abuse wing pace then cross . You should easily Defend the crosses
What team are you running with

Totally agree! 80% of the crosses/header goals are luck. It is just crosses and hoping that your attacker wins the header. Even Messi can win headers in fifa14.

I pretty much never cross.
I keep the ball on the carpet and just play quick passes and hold up the ball around the box and score like that or set up long shots and also on the quick counter attack.

One of my mates is a cross abuser, I played him all the time and lost, but I kept playing and by doing so I learnt how to defend the crosses and stop them.
Now when we play I pretty much win everytime and now he doesnt cross abuse.

The key is when the opponent breaks down the wing, anticipate where he is going with your full back and just put pressure on him and tackle him.

If the ball is played in the box, hold both triggers and move the left stick where you want the defender positioned and use the shoot button to contest the header.

You will concede the odd header though, since its only fair enough that you cant stop them all (unless its a small bloke jumping for the ball)

Just practice and practice and practice
