I would raise your price range. If you go with that price range you will get all scammers and rip offs. A starter rgh usually starts around $120. I would aim for that price range to protect your from buying a piece of junk or getting scammed.

A Send in service is your best option. Again, Choose a Trusted Seller, or a Sticky to not worry about a scam. Checkout Monoxide and PCP008. They are both UK, and I believe at least one of them does send ins
