When He sold You it did he Mention a Faulty Disk tray , if not he probs brought it Off e-bay and it had a faulty disk tray and then forgot to Fix it?

No he did not say anything I asked him and he said that it was a good console with nothing wrong with it
Part from that I am happy with the console I am just upset that I bought a console and the disk tray does not work and the face place was also smashed but that does not matter because I have changed it

Since he didn't mention any fault I would ask for a refund so you buy get it repaired

you can add a smaller rubber band o fix the opening issues, that along with a good cleaning and regreasing of the gear and tracks will make it work smooth.

The motor that spins the disc will always run upon power up and your magnet is probably makin the noise its pretty much normal but without seeing it it slightly hard to tell.
