What happens when you sell a house with a ten car garage and downgrade to a six car garage. What happens to the four other cars that were in your garage? Does it sell them? Delete them? Any help would be cool thanks

it just delete's the cars in your garage.

sell 4 first that you do not want and then buy a 6 car garage/apartment.
