Need help with a couple things

Okay first off i need help i just dug out my jtag that i haven't used in forever.
First thing - Whenever i try to install a game the tray opens i put the disc in shut it with my hand then hit confirm. About 10 seconds and it says there is no disc. The disc isn't scratched it's brand new mw3.
Second thing - Whenever i use an iso to put it on the HDD when i hit default xex it goes to load and then says "Can't start the game please redownload the game and try again" I looked some stuff up on this they said to update the dash? If anyone could give me a easy tut on this i would appreciate it as i haven't messed with a jtag since mw2.

1st: use FSD to copy mw3 to hdd its much better than xex
2nd: not sure but i think you have to use an iso2god program for it to work
