It looks cool there numbers in the top left could have some work done to them, look more better but other than that its simple stuff and not to bad for a first

Why leave a short, quick and degrading reply like that? On what basis and for what reason did you give a '3/10' for? You've picked out all the flaws with his work without telling him how he can improve them. He's never going to improve if everyone leaves 'feedback' like that. It's not good feedback.
On Topic:
1) Try lowering the image of Tupac, so that the bottom of his shoulder meets the bottom of the image, then the straight edge will not be shown.
2) I suggest removing the jagged grey border surrounding the artwork, and implementing a clean thin black border. It will look much better!
3) The last point i'd make is about the text/font choice and positioning. The 'T' on Tupac does not align with the 'A' and the 'S' on the left side. You should try taking the date text, making it a smaller font size, and placing it under his name. I'd also recommend moving the text up into the center of the empty black space. Have a look online for some different fonts to download and experiment until you find one that suits the image.
But overall I think you should be happy with your work. You should not be disheartened with feedback - it is there to help you become a better artist. Keep practicing and watching tutorials and you will improve.
