Alright ive sold my xbox one and all my games. Build me a PC!
I want to run games like Battlefield 3 and 4, Far Cry 3 on the highest settings possible with my budget which is 700 pounds (not sure how many dollars). Dont worry about a monitor mouse and keyboard as i already have these. Any help would be appreciated

Just have a look at benchmarks for the 760. But bear in mind you can get more performance by overclocking it, whihc isn't hard at all.

But that can be worked around, hence why most people do it in small increments.

This would be a better spend of your money, you get a better processor, motherboard and an SSD for ten pounds more.
