go back to add or edit card and by the card you added hit verify card

*it says link and confirm

You click on get verified follow the screen options and put in the correct information. You also need to make sure you put in your bank info correctly and once you have done this in 3-5 working days paypal will send you a little amount to check it's your paypal then you get a statement from the bank and enter the 3 small amounts that paypal send you this is for security after that you are verified and can add funds from your paypal into your bank, meaning you are able to take it out the cash machine.

just make a student account no verification needed and u can still send money, receive money, and link ur bank acc
