Okay my twelve year old cousin wants to attend a Panic! At The Disco concert. She's got her eye on the tickets she wants. The website states that 'Under 15s should be accompanied by an adult'.
This is fine as she would go with her mum, but I know from watching concert vlogs that Brendon says some pretty rude things. At one concert he went to his dressing room to grab a joint and lit it -it may just of been a cigarette- but is the concert is not for say for ages 18 or above would this concert be appropriate for a 12 year old as it allows ages under 15?
