I highly doubt Microsoft do, but there's always a risk when doing so, that being the reason why users make new XBL accounts.

I think they know that TTG exists, but I doubt that they sit here and just watch the modded lobby section. I'm sure if you're employed at Microsoft/Sony; you've got a lot more to do than watch TTG.
