Mors Mutual Glitch [Need help, will +Rep for help!]Posted:

So, I noticed yesterday that Mors Mutual cannot give me back my destroyed vehicles. This is a brief explanation:
1) My personal (fully insured) vehicle is destroyed
2) It tells me MMI has my vehicle
3) When I call MMI, it rings continuously and they never answer.
The car is listed as, "Destroyed" when I call my mechanic, but I have no way to retrieve it.
I've tried various methods to attempt to fix it, but nothing has worked. So, if you can help me out, I'll +rep you quite a bit.

sometimes that happens i had alot of money so i just rebought it i think your car is gone

These have happened with my brand new, non-duplicated cars. One being the Sabre GT, which you can only find on the streets (you can't purchase it).

Doesn't have to be purchased, it just happens at times. Reset your game i suppose.

Try clearing content cache and or reinstalling GTA V

It's a fairly common bug
It has happend to me and I contacted R* and they said that there is no guarantee that they can get my cars back, so back and forth with emails .. they never got my cars back and basically said unlucky. That was the day I started modding in cars!
TLDR, Contact R* or buy new cars
