Since I just goy my galaxy note 3 running stock 4.3 jellybean rooted. What apps should I get or what should I do to it, suggestions?

Well first I would go on ahead and flash a custom ROM. Depending on which ROM you flash, they will have different features and "abilities". There is a great website called XDA-Developers that is like a "Phone Heaven". As for the apps, some ROMS can come with equalizers or audio boosters for music, custom ROM flashing/kernel flashing/ROM downloading applications. Just look for a custom ROM, and it's sure to come with great tweaking apps.
