That would be pointless really, You can make it rain and then use the option to collect all the bags and you'll have something around 250+ bags on you.

I've downloaded the files and placed them in the correct directories but when I load the game I can't see any evidence its working.

is there a key or combination of keys I need to hit in order for this to work?

Not too sure of by heart, But it's either With numlock 4 or 5 or no numlock. Sorry for the poor help, It's been ages since i made it rain.

That's my very old post, this one is where you just drag and drop all the files of the download into your Payday 2 directory and that's it.
