all it does is turn orange when i press power and it wont even try to boot the fan wont spin or anything its like its dead

It could still just be a bad flash, I've had a console boot to an instant RROD with no fans before and that was the cause. Maybe try flashing another backup over. If that's not it maybe look over the QSB again, make sure nothings bridged.

nothing is bridged and ive tried flashing 4 differnt times now

no everything finishes fine and it was processing it is up now
