I ordered my SCUF about a month in a half ago.
I've contacted them many times through email, as they're phones are always "busy".
The only answer i get is either:

1) We handcraft and test each SCUF controller and will result in 7-11 days of build time and shipping.(Which they have said multiple times, not evening answering my question)

2) Your order should be shipped early next week. (said that 4 weeks ago)

I have contacted them two more times early this week and no response...
There is no other way to contact them unless through email! They do have live text chat, but always says they are to "busy".
They need to fix something about there customer service.
They need to realize that they are getting big and need to hire more staff so they can be a better company.

They should of seen this coming when they decided to
sponsor every goddamn MLG CoD team in the world.
They need to get out of there garage and treat it like a real company.

I have looked up if other people have this
problem with there controllers arriving months later
and it turns out A LOT of people have this issue.
One dude ordered his 4 months ago and STILL hasn't gotten it.

Never knew SCUF had this problem... I'm never gonna order
from SCUF again...
And if you are going to get SCUF for your birthday,
order it 2 months in advance.

It's because there doing Cod Championship this year!, they can't get controllers for like every single MLG team and make Customer ones, they joined with MLG teams because it makes scuf bring more money.

SO will the championship so yeah your order is probably ready.

And were you from it could be that two.

It's purely because no other company makes scuff controller or to as good standard as scuff themselves, so this gives them something called monopoly power. They abuse this a treat their customers poorly because they simply have no-one else to buy scuff controllers of so they have no choice but to go back to them

Yeah their support is not the best in the world.

I remember seeing a tweet from Scuf saying "What should we do for reaching 300,000
followers?" and the comments were all like "improve your support team" I laughed so hard.

And also I have two controllers that have been "printed" for over 4 weeks now. It can be
irritating. But I would rather put my money towards a Scuf than a replica brand.

I ordered my scuf and it took about a month to get here even when I ordered the rush my scuf service.

I called all the time and they said it was in shipping.

They do not have the best support at all.

I've actually modified a controller on my own (with a kit from ebay) after learning about scuf. They don't do anything too big except modify a few things here and there, and as said earlier, they hold the monopoly power of the modifying controller sales.
