Once you become such a high rank with the shotguns (I had shotguns w/ blue eyes) you need to maintain a high ratio of kills - downs. If it lowers, the chance of going down a rank raises.

my kid 521 lol I just don't get why I lost it? Maybe because of custom games?

custom games can help you rank up the only thing is it wont help you get on the leader boards for rounds . but its 100 kills per down .

Keep your K/D above 100 and you should be fine.

That's what reflects our rank. KD has nothing to do with rank.

If you have shotguns basically don't go down on low rounds and don't quit games, if you quit a custom game and your a fresh shotty rank most likely your gonna get deranked to knife.

Yes this is correct. You can get the shot guns back if you continue to get high rounds in games. Its is your overall rounds divided by total downs. Also, downs in early rounds hurt you more than downs in later rounds.

There's your reason for dropping back to rank 4.
Play buried on easy and play till 30. Don't quit if you get downed early or back out on a low round as you already have experienced. If you just got them you should have no problem getting them back.
