I have been making accounts for hours now just to open packs. Best so far are the following. IF Gerrard, IF Godin, IF Defoe, Ozil, Thiago Silva and Reus.

I just want to pull a beast player and I will happily transfer everything from my main account to a new one.

It's 5 packs per account. But it has players/consumables but all rares
