A few days ago I made a post about why I feal the community is falling apart or as I said in the post, reaching its Carrying Capacity. If you have not read this post I strongly advise you read it before replying to what I have to say here.
Now that you have understood this is the second part to the post (you could say), lets get on subject. I believe if the community changes its pattern of behavior towards "noobs" and members looking for help we could literally turn the social activity of the community around. I don't mean social as in facebook, I mean social as in members communicating with each other. Once this post has reached every active member in the website we will see a change in the community as it turns from flaming leachers, newbs, and plain a**holes to helping people out with modding/glitching/gaming, sharing your thoughts/ideas/videos/photoshop with other members who provide constructive criticism without spamming 8/10 or you suck, and lastly we will see members breaking apart their cliches and being friendly to all members. All of this can result if this post actually works, If this post becomes more than just another one in general discussion, if it becomes a way to behave on TTG.
So what i am asking members to do is:

- -Respect other members, including noobs
-Don't spam (202020,Coolstorybro,etc.)
-Contribute to the community! Don't be a leacher and only take ideas from others. Take your turn to share your work. May it be a philosophical idea or a glitch/mod make your voice HEARD.
-Respect your ELDERS! You should respect people who have been here longer. Not admire or idolize, simply respect them for their multiple contributions they have made to the site over the time. Most likely they are from the era Pre-MW2 era.
